Formuler boxes run Android with a dedicated IPTV app, MyTVOnline, which accepts a portal URL (MAC-activated, like a MAG box) and — in recent versions — an Xtream Codes login. Enigma2 receivers (such as Vu+, Zgemma and Dreambox) are more technical: IPTV is added as bouquets, usually via a provider-supplied setup line or an IPTV plugin that accepts Xtream Codes details.

Formuler with MyTVOnline

Portal (MAC) setup

Find the box's MAC address in MyTVOnline or the box's settings, and send it to your provider.
In MyTVOnline, choose Add portal (or Connections → Add).
Enter a name and the portal URL your provider sends.
Save and connect; channels and the guide load.

Xtream Codes setup

If your MyTVOnline version offers an Xtream option:

Choose Add and select the Xtream / Code type.
Enter the server URL, username and password — see Xtream Codes setup.
Save and connect.

Because Formuler runs Android, you can also install other players, but MyTVOnline gives the most TV-like guide on these boxes.

Enigma2 receivers

Enigma2 is a Linux-based system used on many satellite receivers. IPTV is added as channel bouquets.

Plugins and commands vary by image (OpenATV, OpenPLi and others), so follow the instructions for your image, and only install plugins from trusted feeds.
