These set-top boxes use a portal instead of an app. Send us the box's MAC address (printed on the label underneath) and we activate it on our portal; you then enter the portal URL in the box's settings. No app is needed.

Device questions
What devices can I use for IPTV?
Any device that can run an IPTV player app: Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Windows and Mac computers, plus MAG and Enigma2 set-top boxes.
Do I need a separate box?
Not if your TV runs Tizen (Samsung), webOS (LG) or Android/Google TV. Other TVs need a stick such as a Fire TV Stick.
Can I switch devices later?
Yes. Your login works on any device; install the player on the new one and sign in. The plan decides how many devices can play at the same time.
Does it work on Roku?
Roku doesn't offer Xtream Codes player apps. Use a Fire TV Stick or Google TV device, or mirror from a phone.
