Roku doesn't support mainstream IPTV players: its channel store has no IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or other Xtream Codes apps, and Roku doesn't allow sideloading like Android-based devices. You can still watch by screen mirroring or AirPlay from another device, but the simplest reliable fix is to plug a Fire TV Stick or Google TV device into a spare HDMI port.
Why IPTV players aren't on Roku
Roku runs its own operating system and controls which channels (apps) appear in its store. General IPTV players that let you add any provider's login aren't offered, and there's no official way to install apps from outside the store.
Workaround 1: Screen mirroring
Many Roku devices can receive screen mirroring from Android phones and Windows PCs (Miracast).
- On the Roku, check Settings → System → Screen mirroring is enabled.
- On your Android phone, open Cast / Screen mirroring / Smart View and choose the Roku.
- Start your IPTV app on the phone and play a channel.
Quality depends on Wi-Fi, and the phone must stay on.
Workaround 2: AirPlay
Some Roku devices support Apple AirPlay. From an iPhone or iPad, start the IPTV app, tap the AirPlay icon and choose the Roku. See IPTV on iPhone and iPad.
