VLC can play IPTV on almost any device: open your M3U playlist link as a network stream, and VLC loads every channel as a playlist you can browse. It's the fastest way to test a subscription — but VLC has no programme guide, so for everyday viewing a dedicated IPTV player is more comfortable.
Windows and Linux
- Install VLC from videolan.org.
- Open Media → Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N).
- Paste your M3U link and select Play.
- Press Ctrl+L to show the playlist and pick a channel.
Mac
- Install VLC for Mac.
- Choose File → Open Network and paste the M3U link.
- Open the playlist with Window → Playlist.
Android
- Install VLC for Android from Google Play.
- Open More → New stream (or Stream).
- Paste the M3U link and play.
iPhone and iPad
- Install VLC from the App Store.
- Open the Network tab → Open Network Stream.
- Paste the link and play.

Troubleshooting VLC
- "Your input can't be opened": check the M3U link is complete — see M3U setup.
- Playlist loads but channels won't play: try switching the stream format in your link — see TS vs HLS.
- Stutter: increase Network caching in VLC's preferences (Input/Codecs), or use a wired connection.
